FAQ's
What if my child and or I can no longer make it?
Tickets can be transferred to a different date up to 7 days before the event takes place.
After this time, your ticket will either be forfeit or you can send someone in your place.
Please note this is a strict policy as last-minute cancellations directly affect our small businesses and the Artists involved.
What should my kid wear?
Something you don't mind them getting paint on. It doesn't always come out of clothes when washed.
What age is the workshop aimed at?
A flexible 7-12 year olds. Our Artist will make adjustments in their teaching style to give guidance and encouragement depending on the age of your child.
Do I have to help my child paint?
You are welcome to assist your child or chill out in the main cafe while we paint in the other room.
If your child requires extra assistance, please allow for this and if needed, you can purchase your own ticket to paint at the same price.
Will there be photos taken at the event?
Yes, however you will be asked if you are happy for your child to be included in this or not when purchasing the ticket, and can let the artist know on the day too.
